As any good business does, The Young Fables have a 5 and a 10 year plan.
However, a feature documentary was never in our masterplan.
That's something that just wiggled its way into our lives.
We believe the universe is calling us to release The Fable of a Song™
and our team has been generous with donating their time to making that a reality.
The Young Fables need to focus on creating new music for their ever growing fan base and so we'll need to reserve traditional crowd funding for completing our next record. That's why we are reaching out to a select few to ask for help with the expense of this important project. We could go the route of partnering with an entertainment investor, but that would mean turning over creative control of the film and the subject matter is just too important to do so. Our story needs to be handled by those who were a part of our life when these events occurred and those who we trust will lead with compassion and respect.
The Fable of a Song™ aims to remind audiences of the importance of family
and to encourage resilience in the face of tragedy.
Can we count on you for a donation to our cause?
We’ll need to raise about 10K to finish the process correctly.
The final cut will be about 80 minutes long. There are many costs associated with delivering the final product.
Your donation will go towards offsetting film festival admission fees, PR, coloring, sound mixing, and promotion to maximize the reach of our message.
We will recognize all of our generous donors at the conclusion of the film.
Furthermore, you will receive VIP tickets to the red carpet premiere of The Fable of a Song™ in Nashville, TN.
